Frequently Asked Questions
How do I install the FlowFresh filter?
Installation is incredibly simple and takes less than 2 minutes — no tools, no plumber needed. Just unscrew your existing tap aerator and screw on the FlowFresh filter in its place. We include adapters to fit most standard kitchen and bathroom taps in South Africa.
How long does the filter cartridge last?
Each FlowFresh cartridge lasts up to 10,000 litres or approximately 3–6 months depending on your water usage and local water quality. When it's time to replace, simply twist out the old cartridge and twist in a new one — no mess, no fuss.
What does FlowFresh actually filter out?
FlowFresh uses multi-layer filtration to reduce visible sediment, rust particles, chlorine, and common impurities that affect the taste and smell of your tap water. The result is cleaner, fresher-tasting water straight from your tap every day.
Will it fit my tap?
FlowFresh is designed with a universal fit and includes multiple adapters to fit most standard kitchen and bathroom taps. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing and we'll confirm compatibility for you.
Is it worth it compared to buying bottled water?
Absolutely. The average South African household spends hundreds of rands per month on bottled water. FlowFresh gives you cleaner water on demand at a fraction of the cost — and without the plastic waste. It pays for itself within the first month.
